Recreational Classes
Ages 3 and Up
Rhythmic gymnastics explores the art of dance by combining a variety of body elements with small hand apparatus such as the ball, rope, hoop, clubs, and ribbon. This mixture creates colourful and expressive performances, offering ongoing challenges towards skill development and enhancing spatial body awareness. All of our classes in our three tiers of Recreational, Pre-Competitive and Competitive levels are conducted by experienced, dedicated, and certified BG coaches.
Our Recreational Classes are designed to introduce young children to the basics of apparatus technique while developing a love for dance and appreciation for music. Girls will learn body elements based on strength and flexibility and develop coordination and grace in movement.
